Waht do you expect - living under communist rule. No land no plan for the poor peple. Do you have suggestion/plan/recomendation for improvement? These are your people we are talking here. Instead of ridiculing, speaking unkind words, you should find way to help them so they don't depend the hand out from Westerners!! May be you need to tell your rich viet people to come up with some sort of way to educate your people, instead of sit on their flat derrière and get obese from eating American fast food!
