When you refer to the Vietnamese, you need to be aware that they have two races, the North Vietnamese and the South Vietnamese.

According to my research, the South Vietnamese were the criminals, the landless poors who were plucked out by the Nguyen Kings in 1800s. They were plucked out from the North Vietnam and moved to the new conquered, won over land in the South Vietnam.

The South Vietnamese (aka VNCH/NGUY losers) soldiers were shorter and had smaller skulls. You see how puny their skulls in the American issue helmets?

Now, look at the North Vietnamese, the prisoner to the right. The guy is much taller and had a bigger skull. I estimate that the North Vietnamese skull is about 50% bigger in volume than the South Vietnamese.
