He and other reporters are scapegoats or more correctly the birds VCs have to destroy to scare the VC flock and regular Vietnamese.
Again this is the top of mischieves by the murderous and bloody bastards.

Nguyen Viet Tien can not be jailed. Since he was Nong Duc Manh favorite man. Nong Duc Manh has his ignorant son and daughter in law work under Nguyen Viet Tien's cover too. If Nguyen Viet Tien lost his power, his son is in danger too. I guess this is going to be a good fight in the VCP and the commie government. I bet Nong Duc Manh will win again since he has a powerful back up from Chicom.

It's time for the Viet people to overcome the fear they've been bearing since the VCP (DCSVN)took power and controlled the whole country. Now that it's obvious there are two sides in the VCP. Whichever side please the people win! History taught us once the people lost faith in a government, it will never be able to exist.

Ly do tai sao tuong Quac bi bat?

Below is the translation of an exerp from Thanh Nien Online interviewing General Quac.

Question: General, you used to confide to the journalists that,“If I wan’t at the retire age, I probably wouldn’t dare taking the investigation of PTU 18” what was the reason, Sir? After you were retired, was the investigation at the last pharse?”
Answer: It could be said that PTU 18 was the biggest fight of my life. I did tell the journalist that I was about to retire so I dared to take on this case. If I was still young, I probably wouldn’t dare take on this case, because I had to look up and look down. The fact was that I had invaded other people turf because corruption wasn’t in the jurisdiction of C14 but because others had not been able to take on so I did. I dared take on this case BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE PERSONAL AMBITION, I HAD MADE A NAME TO MYSELF ALREADY SO I DID NOT HAVE TO PLEASE ANYONE. THIS INVESTIGATION INTO CORRUPTION WAS VER DIFFICULT BECAUSE THERE WERE PEOPLE WHO DID NOT SUPPORT IT AND BESIDES ME, PROBABLY NO ONE DARED TO TAKE ON. But by the time I was retirned (12/2006) the PTU 18 Investigation wasn’t at the last phrase, PTU 18 Investigation wasn’t closed yet.

Why don't vietcongs copy good deeds?

“Police quake breastfeeder promoted
A CHINESE policewoman who breastfed babies orphaned during last month's earthquake has been given a better job, prompting online protests that promotions should be awarded on merit, not merely for good deeds.
Jiang Xiaojuan, 30, left her own baby with her parents and took part in the disaster relief work, breastfeeding nine babies, earning her the nickname of "the police mum" in the press.
She has since been awarded titles of "hero and model police officer" and "excellent member of the Communist Party", was appointed to the Communist Party of China Committee of the Jiangyou Public Security Bureau and became the bureau's vice commissar, Xinhua news agency said yesterday.
Jiangyou, population 850,000, is a city near the epicentre of the May 12 Sichuan quake which killed more than 69,000 people with thousands still missing”

Apart from the devastation, the damages, the sufferings of million victims, there were two images that can be learn by vietcong leaderships and their carders, the Chinese PM talked to kids trapped under the rubbles and the breastfeeding police woman.
It is such a contrast to the arrests of the corruption investigator Police General Quac and the corruption reporters, Journalist Nguyen Van Hai and Nguyen Viet Chien.
One only needs to compare the two contrasting stories to see how bad is this vietcong regime.
Last month, vietcong even promoted Cao Xuan Oanh who was suspected of prevert the course of justice during the PMU scandle to Lieutenant General.

There is rumour that the son in law of Nong Duc Manh is a Chief of Staff for Bui Tien Dung of the PMU 18 and Manh now flexing his power to get Quac and the two reporters jailed for exposing the scandal which damaged his family's fortune.

I am very doubtful of the claim that Manh is a illegitimate son of Ho Chi Minh. Ho died peniless. He was bad but he wasn't greedy. Manh is now one of the richest man in VN. What a contrast!

Freedom and democracy at work in India for over 60 years.

The Rise Of India - many more Phds but plagued with problems, corruption and proverty
"Per-capita income is just $460, and 300 million Indians subsist on $1 a day or less. Lethargic courts can take 20 years to resolve contract disputes. And what pass for highways in Bombay are choked, crumbling roads lined with slums, garbage heaps, and homeless migrants sleeping on bare pavement. More than a third of India's 1 billion citizens are illiterate, and just 60% of homes have electricity. Most bureaucracies are bloated, corrupt, and dysfunctional. The government's 10% budget deficit is alarming."

Child Labour in India
"After nearly 59 years of Independence and over a decade after India became a signatory to the United Nations Convention on Child Rights, our children continue to be the most neglected segment. Statistics reveal that India has 17 million child labourers -- the highest in the world."
http://www.indiatogether.org/photo/2006/chi-l...

"India is the largest example of a nation plagued by the problem of child labour. Estimates cite figures of between 60 and 115 million working children in India -- the highest number in the world (Human Rights Watch 1996, 1)."
