Hi my name isa Borat. I lika you. I think Vietnam is greatest country after Kazakhstan. Vietnam government not run by little girls. Instead, it is controlled by little men -- who appear to be skinny and weak -- but are very, very strong because they have soldiers holding AK-47s. They are tough! They don't mess around! They will smash any terrorist who tries to terrorize them with ideas like civil rights, freedom of religion, democratic elections and multiple political parties. What is wrong with one party? With one party, everyone shows up at same place and make it big party with big fun. Sure, if party is boring then not so fun. But you can kick boring people out and party become fun. If almost everybody boring then kick almost everybody out, more food and drinks for fun people inside, like you and me -- very nice! We can watch people outside looking into windows while we eat their food and drink their wine -- very fun! With many parties, people are not all together and party not so big and not so fun. If you kick people out, they go to different party and you cannot make fun of them -- not so fun. Chenkuye.

I wonder why some entrenched power elites in a handful of litte countries try to control the internet, cell phones, printed media, etc. Are they so uncertain of their positions that they have to try (vainly) crush the Will of the People. Does anyone know what creates such a reprobate mentality? Long Live free expression, open opposition parties and movements, and freedom of expression.

Very true! Deep down inside they (VC) know how unpopular they are and how hated they are! If they cannot control these things, then the people will lynch them with a fury and wrath that know no bound! They are fighting a hopeless fight to control information in the Information Age.

Most West European countries still controlled the media in the upto end 1980s. Even though newspapers were owned by the private sector, Television and radio were state owned. No private radio stations on the FM band in France upto mid 80s and then slowly the government allowed private ownership of FM stations with an operating range of a small village or town. No private TV stations allowed in France up to mid 80s - only state owned TV channels totalling 3 channels in all.

If a governmental institution, monarchy ruling class, can only illuminate the lives of themselves over other people who share the country and show the world not only how different they are but, how even so, they have the need and satisfaction to live as kings and queens and hurt everyone else who dare to speak against their kingdom, then they are deserved to be called parasite which is the lowest level of organism among the living, human consciousness. If you have an open mind, it is possibly true that the less you care about the VCs, the more you will admire those who speak against them.
