Many of the people I met are really interested in "dan chu"/DEMOCRACY in Vietnam, but they're afraid to speak out. They're afraid to lose their current living condition. They admire us in America for being confident in speaking out against our own gov't and even able to change it. Vietnamese on the other hand have to be careful of their speech. Though they hope some day Vietnamese will be as strong as people living in democratic nations. That hope alone is the fire that keep me going. Like I said before; the day Vietnam is FREE & DEMOCRATIC is the day I stop commenting on this forum. FREEDOM & DEMOCRACY FOR VIETNAM!!

You noticed how the foul smelling rivers and canals in HCM city are now clean ? VC sure did a great job isn't it?
