I notice Vietnam has a dozen projects of their own money in the hundred of million US dollars. And they also have a few projects in the billion US dollars.
Several years from now, Vietnam will have a dozen projects in the billion US dollars and a few project in the ten of billion US dollars.
In contrast, look at Cambodia. They only have a few projects with their own money in the ten of millions US dollars. I don't know of any project with more than 100 million US dollars from Cambodia's own money. I think Vietnam's economic strength is probably 30 times as strong over Cambodia.
