There would have been no need for the United States to be on bad terms with the country of Venezuela, rich in oil, had it not been for the assassination threat by Pat Robertston, leader of the Christian Coalition, on President Hugo Chavez, to the deaf ears of the United States, and I would not put it past the Bush/Cheney administration, to not attempt to disrupt the Presidential election in Argentina because it has always been the case that our country has engaged itself under Republican Administrations, in questionable acts as the allegations in an attempt to once again throw an election into turmoil as the Republicans did in the United States in the year 2000, placing in the American White House, the first appointed U.S. President who turned out to be the biggest liar and the biggest disaster and disgrace for the United States, who thank god, ends his monstrous reign in 2008.

I can really see that you never steped out of NY. You are very ignorant. Fisrt of all Argentina didn't even get involved in the war.
and if you were so educated and traveled person and have been in Argentina and watch the news, you'll be so horrified when you see the reality of this country that we live in.The news tell everything and you'll be surprised how corrupted this goverment is. But of course, the news here only show you what they want you to see.
Keep living on your American bubble and see how it works for you.
BTW Argentina is not communist, go back to school

Wow, I'm surprised that you (obviously being of hispanic dissent), live under such a "corrupt" government. The government is bad, but "dollars" are good...huh?

all I see when reading this post is your hate.
I don't think that being under the thumb of Chavez will be better than being under the presidency of Mr bush.
a lot of you are just ungrateful don't appreciate the fact that here you can speak your shit without fear of someone coming at night and taken you away like what happened in many countries.
sure maybe things could be better here but still a far cry of what is to live in Latino America and many other countries in the world.
people like you are just hateful, blamer, good for nothing who hide in politics without the formal education required but what you really need is to be send away to a shitty place for a long while until you can see the difference and stop all the bullshit complaining that you do.
fix yourself first then give the example to others.
