Judge it!
I have been in both countries several times
I found the people of Uruguay friendlier and considerably more educated and more polite.
By constrast I will have to agree with the opinion of most souhtamericans, Argentinians are for the most part ARROGANT!
So I wonder why??? I have never seen any thing that will justify it!
Uruguay should have the right to decide what is good or bad for the country!
