I am sure he is one of the luckiest people to have had looked and experienced, so much of the most precious parts of our planet.

He is doing very well... Just wish i could join him.

In the programme "Earth, the power of the planet", Dr Iain Stewart's commentry is enchanting and keeps the viewer captivated from start to finish and his voice is not dissimilar to the melting lava seen on the programme itself!!

Hope the DVD will soon be made available.

I follow his series with great interest, even if he is not the only geologist to travel the world and to be entusiastic about vulcanos and geology. Nowadays there is so much talk about global warming! The facts are, as dr.Ian Stuart explained with clarity at the end of a programme, that the planet metamorphosis is always in progress and whatever the outcome, as nasty as it can be, the planet will always recover somehow! The problem stay with us, human race, who will not adapt or survive cataclisma changes...in a few words: slowly but steady we'll end like the previous species. The trouble is that profitable interests of business and capitalism are accelerating these process of destruction!

Dr. Iain Stewart is a wonderful presenter. His enthusiam keeps you captivated throughout, although, as a geology student it wasn't difficult to be engaged by this new series! Simply wonderful. Both entertaining and educational. Though of course Stewart made the series so much more entertaining. Can't wait to watch his next endeavour!

Dr. Iain Stewart makes these programmes a must see. it is a fantastic way of learning about the world we live in and understanding how things came to be. His presentation and way of explaining things is perfect. If he wanted to make Geology sexy he has succeded. Hope there are a lot more of these to come.

One can easily see who Dr. Iain Stewarts paymasters
are, which is a shame really because apart for his agreement with government about the increasing CO2 causing rather than following climate change almost every thing else makes sense,is he is selling his soul to the highest bidder,
