How come this system of extradition only seems to work one way?

The U.S. stamps its feet & demands a body & we roll over & cough up the suspect. Yet whenever the U.K. needs a suspect extraditing from the U.S. it takes years if it ever happens (P.I.R.A. members?) or in the case of the part-time fuckwits who keep strafing our troops not at all.

HACKERS ARE NOT JUST OUT FOR FUN and all hackers should be in jail. A man in Memphis had his entire bank account removed by a hacker and was never able to get it back.
