Post Office closure proposals to be revealed this morning

UK has some crazy rules, never mind though, Slieghts post office is still here.

My local post office has just closed and I can't say I have noticed any difference because they were always shut when I needed them. They took on average 4 hours a day for lunch and teabreaks and then shut at 4pm, not to mention the 40 minute que every morning.
These smaller, rural outlets have demonstrated slow customer service and no way to run a business, it is about time their monopoly ended. |
