It appears to me that Yahoo and Google continues to spin on a publication that has been retracted by authors and does not show the reality. The parties names did not consolidated and effected this deal in the manner specified and the parties agreed to change direction. It is why the original release has been cnacelled. No one should use the past information as a fact, unless otherwise stated.
