That's no surprise. No matter Yanko will still be kicked out of office, and end up in the slammer himself for all of his criminal activities.

Down with that criminal Yaknowitch. What kind of leader is her when he agreed that Yulia should have not been tried under the old commie law as the old dead horse soviet union no longer exists. Secondly he ran off to Mooscow and signed a shady deal with that Pootiniski to extend the lease on rusty black sea junk and hat did he get in return???? Yaknowitch promised the Ukrainian people of lower gaz price deal with Mooscow and so far he got NOTHING only more useless fruitless talks with that no human dick head Pootiniski. Ukraine is paying the HIGHEST gas price of all EUROPE and is that fair??? NO Roccia's poo poo Pootiniski BLACKMAILED Ukraine when Yulia was the Prime Minister and now Yaknowitch is getting blackmailed. The Ukrainian people are paying dearly for for this worthless vote rigging thief Yaknowitch. Is good to hear that Yaknowitch popularity is going down the drain. Oh and Yakowitch's son is now the owner of a Bank in Ukraine and from where did he scrondeled all that money from ...>>>> if not from the Ukrainian people. I hope that the next president of Ukraine will stand up and put Yaknowitch just where he belongs ... behind bars!

I think if anyone can turn Ukraine around from a Dictator Ship it would be Julia Tymoshenko. Yanukovich is not for the people of Ukraine. Russia is trying to control Ukraine because they know that they cannot survive without Ukraine's rich resources.

Dictator wannabees NEVER give up their power willingly. They have to be dragged out of the office kicking and screaming. Yanu has set a precedent. The next president may very well arrest and try Yanu for extending the BSF lease in violation of the Ukrainian constitution, not to mentin mny more qustionable acts.

Yanuko has clout everywhere and his system is perfectly working for him. Didn’t you wonder, why does the same PACE keep absolute silence when it comes to Tymoshenko’s case, did you?? It does. Well, listen – now a certain Julia Levochkina, a Party of Regions Deputy in Rada, a sister of a head of presidential administration and a representative of Ukraine authorities in the PACE, holds close contacts with the President of the Parliamentary Assembly Mevlut Cavusoglu, who in his turn is ready to stand the Yanuko’s interests in Europe for ‘little’ Ukrainian reward... and to cool the Tymoshenko’s case in particular. There is actually plenty of proving this fact evidences in the net.

I saw that Tymoshenko clip on African TV when I was in Senegal last month about African leaders supporting Tymoshenko. I thought that was very interesting. You should all watch it ( You too Warrior Poet, don't be lazy, it is not too long ). I have virus scanned it too and is clean.I don't understand Ukrainian politics, but the Africans are upset about it all apparently. It is all over their African news stations.

Take a look at your excellent command of the English language before calling somebody moronic. In the UK people would call you a "chav", that's a loutish person who is at the bottom of the social ladder. You're useless at geography as well as English, it's quite clear that he's posting from Canada, yet you think that he's American, you dope.

Defense lawyer of jailed former prime minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko, Serhiy Vlasenko, believes that Ukraine will have to comply with a ruling of the European Court of Human Rights on Tymoshenko's case.

"Implementation of a ruling of the European Court is a legal obligation of Ukraine as a state. This is not a political duty, not a moral duty," the lawyer said on Channel 5 on Wednesday night.

"Accordingly, for the failure to comply with the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights, European institutions have the right and resources to apply specific legal sanctions against the State of Ukraine," he stressed.

"So I don't think Ukraine will decide not to implement the ruling of the European Court," the lawyer said.

Speaking about what the sanctions Europe could take against Ukraine, Vlasenko noted that the European Commission as an agency, where one may appeal to seek the implementation of a ruling of the European Court, may apply a wide range of measures to Ukraine as a state or to representatives of Ukraine in European countries.

According to the lawyer, they may restrict entry and exit from the country, put restrictions on business activities, as well as apply various economic sanctions.

Read more: http://www.kyivpost.com/news/politics/detail/... , we will let qualified lkegally trained people assess the Tymoshenko case, in the European Court of Human Rights. The International Law is clear on this point : Politicians cannot be prosecuted for their bad judgement, excercised in good faith, excercised while they are government officials that is the law in virtually all the countries of the world, except Ukraine. They prosecuted her under a Stalinist Era statute that is in contravention of the United Nations Convention of Human Rights. If this soviet era statute was used in Europe, USA and Canada all their former leaders would be in jail for bankrupting their respective countries. To the educated and knowledgeable people that know a little about law and government this a very clear case of a Political prosecution of Tymoshenko.Ukraine will comply with the law or will be isolated and punished international, as will Yanukovich and all his ministers will be punished with official European and American and Canadian economic sanctions, travel restrictions, currency freezes etc. You just watch and see.

As is. Are u trying to reinvent the wheel??... Here Ukrainian authorities are notoriously known being dark-side ‘working’ with the European officials at all levels. One doesn’t have to look far for an example...- last December the head of the Ukrainian president’s administration Sergey Lavochkin gave $20 million to Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk for cooperation in signing the Association Agreement..
