Yanuko has clout everywhere and his system is perfectly working for him. Didn’t you wonder, why does the same PACE keep absolute silence when it comes to Tymoshenko’s case, did you?? It does. Well, listen – now a certain Julia Levochkina, a Party of Regions Deputy in Rada, a sister of a head of presidential administration and a representative of Ukraine authorities in the PACE, holds close contacts with the President of the Parliamentary Assembly Mevlut Cavusoglu, who in his turn is ready to stand the Yanuko’s interests in Europe for ‘little’ Ukrainian reward... and to cool the Tymoshenko’s case in particular. There is actually plenty of proving this fact evidences in the net.

This is not a political duty, not a moral duty," the lawyer said on Channel 5 on Wednesday night. "Accordingly, for the failure to comply with the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights, European institutions have the right and resources to apply specific legal sanctions against the State of Ukraine," he stressed. "So I don't think Ukraine will decide not to implement the ruling of the European Court," the lawyer said. Speaking about what the sanctions Europe could take against Ukraine, Vlasenko noted that the European Commission as an agency, where one may appeal to seek the implementation of a ruling of the European Court, may apply a wide range of measures to Ukraine as a state or to representatives of Ukraine in European countries. According to the lawyer, they may restrict entry and exit from the country, put restrictions on business activities, as well as apply various economic sanctions. Read more: http://www.kyivpost.com/news/politics/detail/... , we will let qualified lkegally trained people assess the Tymoshenko case, in the European Court of Human Rights. The International Law is clear on this point : Politicians cannot be prosecuted for their bad judgement, excercised in good faith, excercised while they are government officials that is the law in virtually all the countries of the world, except Ukraine. They prosecuted her under a Stalinist Era statute that is in contravention of the United Nations Convention of Human Rights. If this soviet era statute was used in Europe, USA and Canada all their former leaders would be in jail for bankrupting their respective countries. To the educated and knowledgeable people that know a little about law and government this a very clear case of a Political prosecution of Tymoshenko.Ukraine will comply with the law or will be isolated and punished international, as will Yanukovich and all his ministers will be punished with official European and American and Canadian economic sanctions, travel restrictions, currency freezes etc. You just watch and see. |

As is. Are u trying to reinvent the wheel??... Here Ukrainian authorities are notoriously known being dark-side ‘working’ with the European officials at all levels. One doesn’t have to look far for an example...- last December the head of the Ukrainian president’s administration Sergey Lavochkin gave $20 million to Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk for cooperation in signing the Association Agreement..
