2 1. YOu do no hate the Russians, good for you. I guess you just want them to be in the perfect democracy of the Boris Yeltsin days when Pure democracy and getting advice from the west made for the worst depression in the world, 15 million dead, millions orphaned, millions of the brilliant and talented people forced to leave for North America to survive, millions whored in the white slave trade, and mockery and derision for how far Russia fell. 2. My governmnt is the USA government which is hardly perfect. You confuse my interest in Russia and for Russia to be treated with the same standards as everyone else instead of being talked about as it it were still GEORGIAN Stalinist days, in which he didn't mind murdering Russians and Poles and slavs as he wasn't one of them. 3. I disagree that there isn't a democracy in Russia. If some freedoms were curtailed then it was done in order to pull RUssia out of the sch*tt hole that it fell into after advice and meddling from the west. 4.While a free press is essential to Democracy, unfortunately fledgling democracies cannot afford the excesses of the Boris Yeltsin Era to destroy a country while holding up Democracy as a godly beacon of light. What good is pure democracy if the people are suffering worse than when they were under communism. And our country, the USA is putting up with curtailed freedoms under the Patriot ACT, supposedly to stop terrorism which curtailed AMErican freedoms from searches, and freedom of expression, but hypocritically doesn't secure our southern border allowing, white slavers to pack USA whorehouses with SLAVES, lets in drug runners, illegal aliens and God knows who else, maybe even terrorists for all anyone knows. Who is watching the border as AlCaida come in? 5. As a new democracy, Russia is not going to be perfect as its fledgling democracy has to deal with the aftermath of a brain drain and horrible conditions which killed millions and nearly destroyed the country. The USA has had over two centuries to perfect its imperfect Democracy, while hypocritically expecting pure democracy to exist in Russia. Yet how hypocritical is the USA who isn't worried about freedom of the press or any other freedom as WE sent most of our manufcturing, complet with factories to China so the fat cat rich can make tons of money while depriving Americans of jobs on the one hand and allowing illegals by the tens of millions to enter and take the other jobs. 6. I hate to clue you in on this but Pure Democracy doesn't even begin to take care of all of the problems of a country, especially a new democray. 7. Why be so critical? Why not let Democracy in Russia develop at it own pace while it overcomes its economic and social problems. Or would you rather that Russia be destroyed trying to live up to impossible standards while trying to overcome important problems? 8. It was thanks to this freedom of the press which allowed American PR people to come into Russia and run ads scaring the people into voting for limp dishrag and traitor Boris Yeltsin who led them almost into total destruction of the country. GIVE RUSSIA TIME TO TAKE CARE OF ITS PROBLEMS AND WORK ON THEIR DEMOCRACY. Instead of pushing AMerican influence into the Black Sea with colored revolutions designed to facilitate the spread of American imperialism into places in search of natural resources. |

1 I support Robespierre's right to comment on this forum and do not necessarily agree with the content of his comment. Ponimaesh Kastrulka? Or is the concept of free speech too much for you to handle. It means even the speech which you do not like. For example you say many things which people don't agree with and you use bathroom language and slander people as you jump to conclusions, while defending people who use the same horrible language finally being pushed to fight back. I support Robespierres right to post on this forum and for giving the very nasty Observor a taste of what he dishes out to other people. Perhaps you don't understand English well enough to see the fine points of people's comments who are evolved beyond just good and bad and see the world not as black and white but in shades of grey which is the real reality. Grow up and stop spreading slander. |

2 Discussing a subject is in the realm of freedom of speech. I do not do anything more than talk about the events which are on this forum. But then you would have a problem with the freedom of speech,as you define it as only sayign what is popular and not those who see it differntly. IN any case what does criticizing nasty bloggers on this forum have to do with Not being a good citizn, who votes, pays taxes and goes about the business of taking freedom of speech seriously. You have a problem with freedom of speech. If the nazis are allowed to march and spread their hatred, and people are not allowed to criticize what they see wrong in the world then there is no freedom of speech, because freedom of speech means all speech not just the speech you agree with. CAre to ask he Supreme court about that? |

1 And what did you wanted to say by this? That dances on bones of Holodonor victims are going on? Any unbiassed investigater will tell you that the number of Holodonor deaths was several times lower that 10 millions. It was terrible, but far from these made up 10 millions. Doing this is shameless disrespect of the memory of Holodonor victims. |

1 Russians fear what they don't understand. Russians hide behind the simplicity of neofascist authoritarianism. Its much easier for Russians to understand one man rule --puffed-up, peacockish, psychopathic Putin's rule. Democracy is dangerous to Russian imperialism. Democracy is a protective factor for truth --and this is why the truth about the Holodomor---Russia's cunning genocide of colonialism--is finally being told. |
