This is beyond a step backwards. Centuries of human progress will be swept away...and for what purpose. To deny someones right to life itself. Very sad indeed.

This is a smokescreen! What bit of corruption is the govt hiding behind it?

You gotta admire the Ugandans. I wish more countries would adopt this great law.

Larry, I'm a gunowning, right wing, radical Rifle totin, redneck, republican and your hatred even appalls me! That you or anyone would advocate the death sentence for something, over which they have no control is lunacy. Ugandans are backward ignoramuses. We are not! So what's next? The lefthanded? and then the red haired? Think about how ignorant your posting sounds. Regards, Terry |

Well, as Jesus said "By their fruits ye shall know them"
Billie Hoiday's song comes to mind : http://www.youtube.com/watch... While the song is illustrating the horrors of racism I think it can apply here also. We all need to get informed and get involved! The simple message of LOVE that Jesus shared has been replaced by one of fear and control brought to us by the Patriarchal Religious Military Industrial Complex. Here is a short text file on a safe method of dismantling this insane and twisted edifice: http://grandpasmurf9520.wordpress.com/2009/07... |

This is ,of course, a diversionary gambit the dictator is employing to lure us from his serious political problems he faces as Buganda parts company with him.
He has stared into the future and doesnt like what he sees! |

No surprise to me. Africa at large is very homophobic.

And now that I think about it, Ni*eria's president stated that he did not want any of their male futbol players wearing dreadlocks or braids. And he stated no cornrows. What I find amazing is that these styles mentioned are natural styles developed in Africa for Africans both male and female. Yet Africa is so homophobic, that they go against their own culture......so sad
Also I noticed that topix posters can not ype the country that starts with a N in Africa. topix computer program must think I was trying to say the N word lol. You can't even name African countries now? lol. I quesss it was too close to that bad word. But I hope you guys got the point of my post even with blooting out portions of the word. |
