We know Macedonians were never Greek! These are lies.Macedonians are separate nation.
If you go back in time long enough you will find them related to Trakian.Trakian are pro-Turks.
That is why they had conquering the world spirit.Who can deny Alexander the great?

The well-known French Indo-European scholar A. Meje says that Greek is no closer to ancient Macedonian than is any other Indo-European language. In his classification of the Indo-European languages, J. Pokorny with complete justification puts Macedonian together with Phrygian in his Indo-European etymological dictionary.

Ah yes the historical revisionists club.

Are you people so ashamed of who you are that you need to invent non-existant connections to antiquity to justify your existance here?
The skopjians are so ashamed of their slavic roots that they need to invent a history to bind them as a nation.
An the Turks? What's the problem that you originated from central asia? Do yo find it demeaning that your origins are from there that you need to try and place yourselves in a part of the world you never existed until you conquered and migrated there.
It looks like inferiority complex to me.

Of course we are proud of our Asian origins, but the reality is there are even older roots of Turks in Trakia and Anatolia.
It is normal for a nation as big as Turkish nation to have multi focal roots.
A wheat plant has one root an oak has so many.

Greekness doesn't exist...

Greece = 28% Arab, 6% Arab, 3% Mongol, 33% Albanian, and the rest is also Thracian and Slavs,...

Macedonians are the real descendents of Alexander and his father Philip...

Greece is artificial state ...

I have nothing to get over. Empires come and go.
YOU are the one's with the problem. Your are the one's trying to fit in feel a need to prove how western you are. This is even coming to the point that you are almost ashamed of your muslim heritage and try to distance yourselves from islam. No not us...
You fascists, the grey wolf boys, you believe that you are defenders of attaturk's legacy. Well, attaturk was not a fascist. He was a nation builder and the reason why he wanted to seperate the state from religion was to escape the legacy of the defunct ottoman emprire.
You fascists are an insult to attaturk and a humiliation for turkey and the civilized world.
As wolves you deserve to be with the other animals.

HT. When I say you are from central asia, I do not mean it as an insult, because to me its not something that I would find insulting.
If you have a diverse population it is because you mixed with the people you conquered. Mny of the people you subjugated converted to islam. That legacy has remained to this day in for example albania, bosnia, and other balkan countries. In ottoman times the concept of nationality and ethnicity was not as important as religion. This means that once a greek, or a jew or a serb or an albanian or a romanian converted to islam then there was no difference between them and a turkoman in the eyes of the state. That's where your ethnic diversity came from. Empires absorb people. They have to in order to survive.
Thrace is claimed by many people including the celts. Turks as a race did not exist in those areas until you conquered them. However, even under the byzantine empire turks were recruited as soldiers, and alliances were made with turkish tribes. In fact it was the byzantines breaking a pact with a turkish tribe that began the conflict between turks and byzantines.
Greeks, like us or not have always had a presense in the eastern med. and in asia minor for thousands of years. This is a fact and supported by the archeology.

No Agamennon you are wrong.Ottoman's did not force anybody to change their religion. How many greek muslim do you see in Greece today?
How many Armenian muslim? These are baseless, and you are having opinion before having knowledge on the subject. Here is a strong proof that what you say is wrong:
Mehmed II's Firman on the Freedom of the Bosnian Franciscans

"I, the Sultan Khan the Conqueror,

hereby declare the whole world that,

The Bosnian Franciscans granted with this sultanate firman are under my protection. And I command that:

No one shall disturb or give harm to these people and their churches! They shall live in peace in my state. These people who have become emigrants, shall have security and liberty. They may return to their monasteries which are located in the borders of my state.

No one from my empire notable, viziers, clerks or my maids will break their honour or give any harm to them!

No one shall insult, put in danger or attack these lives, properties, and churches of these people!

Also, what and those these people have brought from their own countries have the same rights...

By declaring this firman, I swear on my sword by the holy name of Allah who has created the ground and sky, Allah's prophet Mohammed, and 124.000 former prophets that; no one from my citizens will react or behave the opposite of this firman!"
