You won the war against German and Ottoman forced to accept to lose although the did not lose ( remember Dardanels ). But you could not win phisicaly. And who rejected the lost, separated from Ottoman and continued to fight and you lost and forced to sign the treaty of Lausanne.

Turkiye ( Turkish Republic ) has never lost any war or battle in the history. Even in 1960 we saved your ass in Korea. All American were running and only one unit that holding the line was Turkish. This is why you saved your life. In US Turkish Army called as heroes for many years just because of this incident. Even there was a very old science fiction movie by Hollywood. They were mentioning for Turkish Army as ' even heroic Turkish Army could do anything for aliens ' Because Turkish Army was very powerful and heroic in the eyes on American and they were trying to explain the power of the alien by comparing their force to Turkish Army.
