Who doesn't but the border should remain shut, now is not the time to open the Armenian border.
Soon they will have no alternative but to become allies of Turkey especially as their genocide denying friends in Iran look like they 're leading that country to war.

Today the Commenwealth country to east of Turkey, that is Armenia, is the Chairman of CSTO Collective Security Treaty Organization, covering some 14 time zones of CIS.
Economic breach of relations with any of the Commenwealth countries is an economic breach of all the Commenwealth countries.

Which means Turkey by any blockade of Armenia, blockades itself Turkey, eithr fully or partially, from trade with the entire economic markets of CIS.

Blockade of a Commenwealth country by Turkey is a a very very foolish blunder with billions of dollars in Turkey trade loss with CIS , if Turks realy think about it.

For instance:

Armenia produces major part of polymer Neoprene or Guta Percha rubber polymer for Tires that goes into Tire production in many plants across CIS.
Raw materials from Kars allows Kars sell raws for consumtion of entire CIS. Currently Kars is totally cut off from this markets in entire CIS.

Example # 2: Electronic equipment manufactured in Armenia, also called silicone valley of CIS,
goes into many electronic manufactring houses across entire CIS.
Parts from Kars allows Kars to sell electronic
parts across to entire CIS.
Currently Kars and Turkey are cut off from this huge markets.
All because of self destructive and nonsensical policy called, blockade.

According to MBSBDR, RA has a great potential and resources for economical development which may make the country one of the most powerful one in the World. Also, according to this source RA may bring tens of thousands quest workers from underdeveloped poor regional countries such as Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan,Iran and Russia. This source indicates that electronics, IT, shipbuilding, automotive, machinery, aerospace, fishing and agriculture are promising rapid growth areas. This source also mentions that RA has great population growth and one of best skilled white and blue collar labor force in the world. It has already been metioned that Silicon Valley and all EU software companies are seriously planning to relocate to RA.
It is an interesting source worth to read.
