Do Turkish People Have Interracial Marriages?

Where I live in London there are many Turkish people & generally speaking I find Turkish people to be very friendly & polite, indeed most of my friends are Turks.However, I'm attracted to Turkish girls greatly, I find them attractive & exotic looking,plus I've seen many Turkish girls with Black guys but being that I am very respectful of Turkish customs & traditions I haven't pursued a relationship with Turkish girl yet because I'm unaware if it's accepted among Turks to have interracial relationships, do Turkish people accept non Turks within their community?All opinions would be appreciated.

as long she loves you.there would be no problem.maybe you know Colin Kazım who plays turkish national football team,he is from britain,i think he used to play for sheffied united.his father is a black jamaican and his mum cypriot turkish.
ı ve seen turkish girls married to black guys.as long as she loves you and there is mutual understanding,there would be no problem.

They have interracial(if you want to put it like that) relationship.I have friends that have married with English in last couple of years.I mean Turkish girl - english Man.

But i cant say anything about your hometown.The Turks living abroad are generally more conservative than people living in Turkey.Some of them even look like they are frozen in the time domain.And sometimes we have problems of communicationg with them.You should look to her family and her attitudes.There can't be a generalisation on this topic.

turks are originally from Turkemansitan, Kirgijestan, Tajikestan... central asian regions who mixed with Anatolian people ~ 1400 years ago and gradually became todays people of Turkey.
Don't let their looks decieve you. They are
very diverse people.

Thanks for replies,I forget to say that my oldest Uncle is actually married to a Turkish women, I quest my love for Turkish people runs in the family, also guys would it be appropriate If I as a Black guy joined a Turkish Dating site like - www.turkishpersonals.com , would I find a Turkish girl open minded to dating a Black guy or would I only find Turks wanting to date Turks at a site like that.

You can do whatever you can, nobody will be rude to you, and even if some of them are, just ignore them, as you know there are ignorant people everywhere.

Turkish people do accept non turks to its community and this is very unlikely in other muslim countries (i guess this is one of those things that shows everyone how different we are from rest of the muslim countries)

You'll have no trouble, infact you will probably be more popular than i am if i was to join that site ;)

i dont know about those dating sites.they might be just a scum.
why dont you find someone in london.there s a big turkish community there,especially cypriot turks.they live in harringey,hackney,catford where there is also big black community.

Turks are quite the melange of races. So it makes little sense to refer to Turks as a race.

Which may explain the generally lousy state of Turkey and its people. Mystery Meat is generally off-brand, wouldn't you say?

wouldn't call central asian goat meat from kirgijestan.. trkemanistan..... any brand of meat. In central asia they eat any meat including frogs, monkeys and lizards, to say the least.

Either you fail to use sarcasm in an effective way or you don't know was secularism is.

They won't eat pork because their religion forbids them to do so, thus they're "religious" not "secular".

Well it depends on the girl and her family.

For example I know of religious Turks who have several of their sons and daughters marrying different race but it is important to them that the person they are marrying is muslim.

You will have nationalist turks who may not like the idea of their daughter marraying a non turk.

Then there are some turks who have a racist attitude where they dont mind if the girl is marrying white europeans but asian or black are looked down on.

So turks are just like any other race and society. I have some balck friends where I know their parents don't like the idea of them marrying a non black.
