Iam sorry to say that, Tunisian men use and abuse older european women. They take there money, tell them they love them, then break there hearts, and there bank balances. BEWARE! I am so sorry this has happened to this lady and her family.

I on the other hand feel sorry for the Tunisian men who have to pretend to love those old hags who are nothing more than cougars who deserve to be taken for a ride.

i have been to Tunisia over 20 times in the last ten years and i have never felt safer anywhere. it is such a lovely country and the people are so friendly. my mum often travels there alone and yes they say they love her and things but its because they are friendly. people shouldnt be so niave and go off with random people they dont know. my mum and i both have many tunisian friends, there is nothing wrong with them and remember tunisia only has a 3% crime rate. whats that to England. think about it before you start judging and abusing people you dont even no

my mum was also murdered in tunisia in 2006,at the age of 71,the so called scum strangled her and raped her while she was taking her last breath,my mum did not deserve that ,nor did mrs richardson.to the dickhead that said the old hags deserve it,shame on you .it is me that recieved the death penalty .not the murdering scumbag .the tunisian men are all the same hanging on to old ladies not only for what money they can get but also a ticket out of their country into ours,

Firstly - The Judge - your point of view has caused me outrage! How can you feel sorry for a person that murders another??
They actually dont HAVE to pretent to love these 'old hags' as you put it. They have choices in life. And if they chose to use and abusive older women ! then there is nothing to feel sorry for them !

secondly - I am so sorry for the family of the lady who unfortunatly lost her life
Tunisia is a beautiful country and I will continue to visit it throughout my life.

i'm olfa from tunisia i'd like to say that all persons are not the same.who is eager for money is not only found in tunisia but rather in all the parts of the world.it is not their mistake,it is women's mistake to accept them as husbunds.women should be more mature than that , they should choose one who wants to be responsible for his family,"he" is the boss and no "she" is .i'd like to advise old women to stop choosing husbunds in the age of their sons it is not logic (pas de tout).this is my advice i'd like to respect it.

I think that this old lady, with all my respect to her family, got what she run after. Actually, many old women and men come to Tunisia in search for a disparate and physical relationships with youngsters. So meeting young disparate leads to a fatality.

It's unbelievable what you've just said "From Tunisia" how in the world the poor woman "got what she run after"?! 3ib ya si el7atheg

I personally feel sorry for her and her family. We have over 5 millions people visit Tunisia every year they come because we do have a beautiful country, peaceful and it's by far among the best value destinations for their hard earned money. Accusing theme of chasing youngsters is just as insane as accusing Tunisians of being scums and criminals.

It's unfortunate incident what I and most people visited Tunisia would say.

This was an awful crime that could unfortunately have happened anywhere. I'm in a relationship with a Tunisian man but who is a year older than me. He's educated, a great laugh and very charasmatic. He's not after a visa, he works for the government and can get one easily. He's been here and likes it but wants me to live there with him. We're still trying to find a solution to that one as I love my life here.
We laugh when we go out there and see young men with old English women. It's sad that these women think they're lovely just because they bleach their hair! I first went there when I was 37 and was hit on by 'boys' but took it with a pinch of salt. Some of them were gorgeous but I wasn't tempted. I'm happy with my man, we've had the same level of education, have loads in common, he speaks perfect English and we're like an old married couple.

I agree. The intention of the old lady is to take advantage of a desperate YOUNG man; then that man took her life. As far as I know Tunisia is a land of vacation and not a place to pick up young guys by old women.

It is a good thing, this did happened, so to prevent old ladies coming to Tunisia to pick up young man. Apparently the Philippines is the capital of children sex trade (pedophiles), and certainly we do not want Tunisia (a country proximity to Europe) to be the capital of Old people sex trade (Oldophiles). Hopefully this sad death of theses old ladies will prevent this type of activities in Tunisia.

We don't want or grannies catching aids and contagious diseases off you filthy animals and bringing them back here, so it's just as well she didn't make it back and started spreading your lurghi.

Thanks "holiday sewer" for the input.

You are right when the grannies are with young Tunisians, they show off in public with the guys but they end up in bed (sex) with filthy animals (usually dogs and donkeys. I think they are no monkeys in Tunisia).

It is well she didn't make it back because animals are real disease spreaders.
