Good or Bad, Chinese in Tonga

The relations between China and Tonga is getting cozier all the time. China wants to lease land from Tonga, build its infrastructure and issue loans in Tonga. Also they want a naval base in Tonga. Tonga/China trade have nearly rose over ten times in the last ten years. Are the Chinese taking over Tonga?

Soon they will have Chinese schools in tonga if they don't already.

What they (Chinese) really want is ... "GT5 to have a Chinese son and to be named him after Chairman Mao" ... hihihihihihihiiiiiii

they already take over the economy and the government.the government of tonga is a toy of China.They can takeover Tonga but not the Tongan.

After this selfish unGodly generation that run the government now are over. The new generation well educated and religious life will settle Tonga to it proper way.

Tonga is being turned into a dumbing ground for cheap inferior grade Chinese goods, so is the rest of the pacific. What do you consider Roots, your Christian beliefs and the Artificial Culture that was instilled by the later foreigners?.

Tongans nowadays are too hateful and are strongly superstitious to even realize the catastrophe that they is awaiting them.

The Chinese have been around since the dawn of civilization, the Tongans culture is just as great, but sadly Tongans have abandoned theirs while the Chinese still respects and hold their own close to their own heart.

The Chinese had gone through a lot, from the Opium war that had consumed their own Empire to Mao and Communism, but they went back to their own roots. Their own Government is spending billions of dollars to fight Westernisation and preserve their heritage, while we Tongans do not care either way.

You are funny and living in a dream. The Tongan women are smart and finding means to live a better life. Most Diasporas Tongans like your mother had migrated to the USA because she thought that was the right thing to do. She did not fight the change did she now?.

She adapted to the new foreign environment, she accepted the western culture and molded and blended in, the USA itself is a young culture that was molded out of thin air by blending all different types of morals and values.

What is the Government going to do, absolutely nothing so go ahead and try. Yes I live in the S.F. Bay area, I know many of the Chinese are very smart and well educated and rich but so are the Tongans, but why do our women think that the grass is greener on the other side? What can we Tongan men do to stop this? It is just the last ten years or so that we are seeing many interrcial marriages among Tongans.

Gee O tard, have you been to Tonga lately and seen how accomplished our Tongan men are, I only saw fakaoli and disrespect, making a joke of everything even their own lives and futures. They have no seriousness or any respect for the precious value for life itself. And laziness is rampant and hatred and jealousy. Have you already forgotten the great young Tongan deportees and their great work of burning down teh capital.

If I was a lovely Tongan lady, I too will find the nearest China man and flirt and win his heart in marriage because human beings all over the world wants better lives for their own kids.
