Your question is referring to Gambian inserted in the USA society or in the Gambia? Gambians are 95% Musslims and the religion and civil law allow them to marry 4 womens as wifes! Great action is going there! I do not know how they can keep it up...

I think they are not as bad as nigerian men, but a bit selfisf.

faithful my foot!! they can marry up to 4 wives..so don't be surprise when he comes home one day with roses and tell u in a soft voice "i married another wife"..men are men does not matter if they are gambians or not.

My boyfriend is Gambian. We have been together for one year. We have problems with his selfishness. He also has a child with another women (they're not married), but he seems to place her on this pedestal and it really annoys me. Does anyone know why Gambian men act they way they do?

i have been marride to a gambian guy for 6 years and he is very friendly and faithfull. i trust him 100% and he has never given me reason to doubt him.so dont worry emma.But every man is different in every way doesnt mean that all gambian men are faithfull the same as any man or woman no matter were they come from.

I went out with a gambian man, a few years ago, but I found him very shelfish, it was all about him, even sex was him pleasing himself.I couldnt stand it after a wile so I dumped him, He was a very nice guy, very polite and well manered, but if not for his selfishness, we could have stayed together

I not long got back from Gambia, and i met a wonderful man out there we fell in love during my stay, but Im not sure it was true love,I was giving him money to show me around as he had no job,he says he loves me very much and wants to marry me,but now im back in the uk, we talk regular on the phone, he text me about 4 or 5 times a day, declaring his love for me,but now he is asking me to help him by sending him some money,it is to help pay for his children's keep as his mother looks after his 2 children. I did promise to send him some money when we were together,to help pay for his childrens school fees, which is about £150.00 he needs that in nivember, but this week he ask me to send him £20. to pay back someone he owes money to and put credit on his phone so he can keep in touch with me. am I being used or does he realy love me

I have been in the position you are in and believe me I feel so stupid and gullible to think I nearly left my family for this person. They are full of sweetalk and will do anything to get your trust.All for a passport then once they get this they are gone. My advice think very carefully.

some of us are in a relationship with british or europe for noting but love. i am a gambian sister but i am only attracted to white men. that is my preference. london

i think it's what you let happen to you i am married to an gambian and have been for five years we have had our ups and downs but a man is a man they are going to do what they know if you allow to be used you will i'm not going to say he wasn't or not cheating all i say is what happen in the dark will come to the light i do not believe in the multiple wife but it's to eaches on for that subject i am a christian woman

Gambian men are not faithhful. Im married to one and have found out he has lied to me for four years bout his wife in gambia and not satisfied with having her there and me here he has to cheat on me wit other girls here too.
