Bahamas Real Estate Guide to Permits, Residency and More

Royal Holiday Club has been taking money from U.S. investors for years with nothing in return. I've purchased my RHC membership in Paradise Island in 2001 and have yet to use their club plan as described to me. I've discontinued paying their yearly fees and am now attempting to cancel my contract and have my money refunded since they are in a breach of contract (for multiple reasons that they won't admit to).

Inform the people of the Bahama's to discontinue allowing them to sell their contracts in your hotels...until they stop, I won't be back (and I loved your beautiful islands and doing business with you.

Here, you will find people who have been scammed in the Bahama's, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. It appears that it's going to become more common as RHC has moved into South America as well.

Joe, how did you resolve it. I would love to get rid of it and realized I made the biggest $16,000 mistake plus 500 annual fees. Can you please share. thanks

Telvern was not fired for stealing. She was not fired at all. The decision to leave was mutal between Ms Dean and the company. Ms Forbes needs to reveal who was actually terminated by Ms. Dean for stealing.It is disgraceful that her name should be be scandalized in this manner.Any issues that any members have with RHC are not thye fault of Ms Dean but the company. Ms Dean just implemented their policies.

I was just told by a friend this morning about this entry. I do not know who feels the need to use my name to scandalize the name of another person, but I do think that it is pathetic. The one thing that I HAVE learned over the years of dealing with the staff at RHC club is that they are NOT LOYAL TO ANYONE. I would NOT be surprised if it is someone that would have smiled in Ms. Dean's face for 8hrs on any given day!!!! I do not know, nor do I NEED to know the reason/s as to why Ms. Dean is longer employed with RHC. To whomever the culprit is, let it be known that this particular article will be forwared to the Police, and also remember that I work for a company, that has the technolgy to trace ANY IP Address...

To Ms. Dean, I apologize for any negative impact that this has had on you, as you and I have never had any bad blood. Mr. Harris,(Uncle Andy)you have known me since I was a child, you practically grew up in my house with my brother's Dwayne, Ducker and Angelo, for you to even comment on this is a slap in the face.(Confirmation to you that this IS IN FACT Mrs.Jessica Capron-Forbes!!)

The Staff at RHC need a wake up call man. Life is too short and too precious for all the negativity and EVIL..yes EVIL you live by!! The world is a cycle, and God sees and knows ALL!!!!
