'Barefoot Bandit's' 2-year run from law is over

The teenage "Barefoot Bandit" who allegedly stole cars, boats and airplanes to dodge U.S. law enforcement was nabbed Sunday as he tried to make a water escape then brought handcuffed - and shoeless - to the capital to face justice, abruptly ending his two-year life on the lam.

Why do we give this clown so much attention? The media has made this guy a hero of sorts, by casting him as a charismatic, talented person. The truth is that he is nothing more than a thief. Glad he's behind bars.

I agree with you on that one. What is so fun about being a criminal? All these so called "fans" he has on facebook etc., I just dont get it. Stealing and destroying other peoples property, thats a real role model for you!
