I donīt think 3 containers of ammo would be helpful too much to Bashar. But, letīs imagine somebody kills him or forces him to leave. Do you have a solution for 2.1 millions of Allawites surrounded by Sunnis in Syria then?

A very good point! And not only the Allawites. What about the Christian and Jewish minorities? At the moment Syria guarantees freedom of religion. Not something you can take for granted in that part of the world.

I'm not the president-elect of Syria, the Syrians can manage their own internal affairs. Are the Allawites infidels or somethings? Are you a racist?

Few days ago I sent here a link to a Sunni cleric speech who approves killing of any Syrian Allawi no matter if a woman or a kid. And yes, I am absolutelly positive Syrians are able and have their sacred right to sort out their internal problems without troops/weapons paid by Quatar and smuggled from Turkey. Or without kind assistance of some hired Air Force implementing a no fly zone killing women and kids as suggested by Mr. Mc Cain.
Btw. Libyans are already dying in Syria.

Brutal vicious regimes leave you with no choice but to fight back and to seek support of all kinds even from devils, as gaddafi once said.

I think it would be very similar to the end of Libyan war with the pro-Ghadaffi people. When the war ends it will be hard for some people to be friends with the Alawite as they are seen as being part of the Assad regime, however even in Libya stabilization happened or is happening so will it be for the Alawite. I do not believe for a minute that the war would continue nor would the Alawite be in grave danger.

Ah! The famous pact with the devil. Even Churchill was familiar with that. When he agreed to form a pact with Stalin against Hitler many of his compatriots gasp at the concept. But Churchill just replied that he would even make a pact with the devil to win the war against Hitler.

yes, but having said that it is also their right to invite help from neighbors and governments sympathetic to their cause. The Syrians are not unintelligent and are quite capeable of organizing but need financial and military support to deal with a corrupt leader and army. All sects of life are dying in Syria and will keep dying as long as the country allows Assad to run the country as his own asset and people like slaves with favoritism to his own kind.

The reason he doesn't address civilian casualties in Syria: NATO can't be blamed for it.

Good question. Tartus naval base is a Russian sovereign area, or at least part of it. The have a right to transport anything in/out. Russians already improved radar abilities of Syrian anti aircraft defence however S-300 systems are believed to be operated by Russians. Quite understable as nobody would risk to leave valuable ships/installations uncovered. No report of light weapons or ammo delivered by Russians to Syria. And why? Assad needs long endurance unmanned reconassaince vehicles and modern communication tools as most.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Sagittarius

It's important to be discriminating about what you say and believe today. That's because communications are rather strange, with people saying or doing odd things and plenty of scope for crossed wires. Be very careful if you're attending to important details because for some reason your brain may switch off at the vital moment, leaving you prone to making mistakes or losing track of what you're doing. Try to double-check anything important tomorrow when your brain is back in gear.
