Hello,

I don't especially need diapers, but I am usually diapered for trips in plane.

Public toilets stink and disgust me, and also it's sometimes embarassing to leave your seat if the person next to you is sleeping. With car or bus trips, it's sometimes so long to find toilets, and most of the time they're awfully disgusting.

So at the end it's easier to just wear a diaper and not worry about anything :)

It was my parents who forced me when I was younger (about 9/10), I hated it at first, but eventually realised it was actually better.

Now, I'm 19 and whenever I travel, I am diapered under my clothes. Some of my friend know, and some ever did the same because they thought it's a great idea :)

Does anyone else wear diapers on trips?

My parents still force me into diapers if its a 1/2 hour car ride. I dont usually have a problem holding it in but if i have a diaper on i just go. So I wet and mess myself and my parents think its a problem so they keep me protected. They either change me in the backseat when we stop or in the public bathroom. that sucks because im 17 and its embarassing when i see kids laugh and adults ask why im waring a diaper.

Yes I do. I have been making a 4 hour trip (each way) about two times per month. For the last 3 years. Nearly each time at night. And After nearly wetting myself and the car seat. Wearing diapers just makes sense,. Stopping on the side of the road at night is a bad idea. And Texas Hi-way exits are spread over 15 miles apart. I tried the peeing into a bottle as I'm driveing is hard to do these things at the sometime. So one day I tried diapers and it works. You can barely fill the pee being soaked up by the diaper.

I don't wear diapers Cathy but I would like to share with everybody here another discovery but it's "For Men Only":

Have you ever heard about this so-called "Roadbag"? That is when you are a desperate man, wenn Mann dringend muss...

This could be a genial invention designed not only for long trips but also for example for football match due to numerous fans but only few toilets. Ideal also for those who don't want to miss the game, not a single minute. Never say, never...

3 roadbags for 5,99 euro = 8 us dollars
Making each bag cost about US$2.66 (2euro) each
But a adult diapers are about US$0.70 each
Roadbag cost 4 time as much as 1 diaper

That's the price you have to pay for being more "convenient", "Mike", grin...

My daughter is 14 and has occasional bedwetting problems. In the past she fell asleep in the car on long trip and wet the seat, so I now I make sure she's diapered whenever we're on trip for more than an hour. Since she's relatively small for her age, she still can fit well in pampers size 7.

She's very embarrassed about it, but I guess it's still less embarrassing than having the car smell for weeks after a stupid accident.

I also make her to wear diapers on plane trips, it's more convenient so she can sleep without worrying. For plane, she's in thicker night time diapers since a flight can be 8 or 10 hours long, and wearing sport pants above them.

This is somewhat weird, but I guess it's actually pretty convenient... I'd rather use diapers than really dirty toilets :p

Cathy this is a great idea, and I have done it a few times as well. I am a scuba diver and when we drysuit dive I wear diapers so I can pee without worrying about getting out of the dive and getting to a toilet. But I have also worn diapers for plane trips and long car trips. But you have to be careful with the smell, because sometimes when I pee I can smell it through the diaper and clothes, so I am sure everyone else can too! So just make sure when you do pee you are somewhere alone, I mean unless it is an absolute emergency! Also I know it may sound graphic, but please do not have a bowel movement in your diaper in public, I have done this only in emergency situations while scuba diving and in a car alone with no stops near!!

Cancer

If you thought yesterday was fraught with tension the temperature rises a few notches again today, as Mars turns retro in your house of finances and values. What's eating you? Maybe you're annoyed because your spare time is being eroded by duties that are weighing heavily on your shoulders. You might also be miffed by the flippant attitude of a certain person who you think should be taking life a lot more seriously. Calm down or you'll blow a gasket.
