Because they like to get free benefits in Western nations so thats why they bypass indonesia to get to Australia.

Some of the Tamils even threatened to kill themselves if they're not allowed to reach Australia....... why is this. If they want a safe haven then they will be happy in any country right?

Wrong - they only want to go to countries with benefit schemes and high profile politicdians to lobby the govts.

Thats why Australians hate tamils

As I have said before so many times, the relationship of the tamil wretch to his host country is the same as that of the tapeworm in the human body- it is parasitical.

whole world hate Sinhala Sri Lanka. UNHRC resolution prove that. some poor human rights countries favour to the decision.who support genocide & human rights violation. The struggle for libration of Tamil Eelam is justifiable but Indian geopolitics is oppose separation of Tamil Eelam.Indian geopolitics is changeable.

India rescues 30 Sri Lankan Tamils from traffickers
Sun, Aug 19, 2012, 12:19 pm SL Time, ColomboPage News Desk, Sri Lanka.

Aug 19, Colombo: In a second such incident within a week, the Q-branch of the Tamil Nadu police on Thursday night had rescued 30 Sri Lankan Tamils who were being taken by a gang of human traffickers.

The police acting on a tip had intercepted a vehicle carrying the 30 Sri Lankans at Vandalur in Kancheepuram district of Tamil Nadu state and taken them into custody. However, the traffickers have managed to flee, the police had said.

According to the police, the Sri Lankans were to board a ferry from the port city of Mamallapuram to be taken to Christmas Island near Australia.

Indian media reported that each person has paid more than 50,000 to 100,000 Indian rupees to the traffickers for their passage to Australia.

Earlier last week the police rescued 23 Sri Lankan Tamils and arrested 5 suspected human traffickers. The 23 Tamils have been sent to the respective refugee camps where they lived before the incident.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Gemini

Beware wishful thinking because it will cloud your thoughts and lead to confusion. However, that's much easier said than done, because today you're showing distinct tendencies towards living in a rosy world of your own and ignoring any hard facts that are under your nose. Take care that you don't allow someone to dupe you simply because you aren't paying attention to what they're saying or doing.
