My country PH definitely needs rh bill or even divorce and the catholic church should just stay out of the gov't decisions to pass the rh bill. There's nothing wrong with contraception, it's only the catholic church who's making it look bad. There are different christian groups in the Ph but they don't discourage it.
The catholic church is making us look like we are still in the dark ages and if the population increases and more poverty, the question is, would they even bother. I don't understand where they get that ideas of theirs that rh bill is bad and anti-life when it is even pro-life coz it prevents abortion or maternal deaths...
I'm not catholic but I respect people who are catholic, I just disagree with their church's idea about contraception.

But the Roman Catholic Church would still oppose it because one of its advertisements is, by having the majority in memberships in the religious world, therefore, it is the Christian church!!! But being the majority is not the basis of salvation but actually is the opposite!!! Only a few were saved in the days of Noah and Lot!!! But we are correct here in siding with the passing of the RH bill although there are aspects in the bill that we should avoid if these would conflict with the laws of God!!! everyone claims they are the only right church so I can imagine they are mislead or a bunch of scum lairs. So why would anyone lie about god? It seem like all scum liars and stupid followers deserves to go to hell just for using good gods name for the quest for power and selfis political gains. So would you really really really really know that you are the right church, where is the beef?

Guam If you look at the Catholic church practices, they have various practices that are definitely not in the bible such as worshiping Mary. In the bible, it only says that it is only God that must be worshiped. Mary is not a god, she is just the mother of God, she just carried Jesus in her womb for Him to be born in this world but she was not promoted to god-like status. If we look at the other churches, the Catholic church is the only one who practices that and since that is their beliefs then I guess respect since every individual, no matter what religion is, deserves respect. And as for their issue of contraception, I don't know where they got that idea that it is against God when it is not even written in the bible as well. Maybe sex before marriage, abortion or polygamy are but definitely not contraception. But one thing's for sure, God provided each humans the free will to choose and decide on what they want, whether it be personal, family or government related and it is only God who knows what is really wrong or right and will judge, not those priests...
