Yeah, they're about equal. But the "issue" will never be resolved under obama. China holds the key, and he has shown himself to be stupidly hostile to China, so he'll get nothing. Be lucky if we don't drop him in the toilet. Never saw a balloon(buffoon)deflate so fast
