She hooked up with Fransico Solano Lopez, and the rest is history.

The war was not "one of the worst" in S. American history.

The war was the bloddiest worst ever fought in the Western Hemisphere, and perhaps, in all of modern time.

The US Civil War isn't even close to being as bad, and the US Civil War was very bad.
