Supply and Demand
When the Supply is High Prices go down and so does the demand.

But when the Governments start to grab a hold of the drug shipments. Then the Demand goes UP and Prices Go UP As well.

That's When it Sucks To be you and Me,(Regular Law Abiding Citizens) Thefts, robberies, muggings, and violents crimes go up. because these whacked out drug users need the money to pay for the higher price to get high. and we as citizens pay for it with our lives
