Can someone explain how they went about polling these men? Did the men fill out a survey?

Who are these men? Where did the surveying take place...in prison, at a bar?

The media just throws out "stories" with no information on the polling, survey process. No statistics.

Be alert when stories like this come out there is about to be MORE AID (meaning our taxpayer money) going to these countries and more immigration to help the women.

There is always a purpose to these stories. Why is it always America's responsibility? Remember we are: "derisive, dismissive, arrogant".

Well, if the USA send BILLIONS to countries, then the USA can monitor the spending.

People, it's our money, our taxes that are paying for these countries. Why isn't that money left here in the US to help OUR country?

The question is how was this survey conducted ? and to the moron who said 75%, 1 in 4 equals 25%.

Assimilating Africans into other cultures like America and Europe doesn't make a difference in their behaviour, even in subsequent generations when they have never even been to Africa. Look at the crime statistics in America and Europe and also other countries where they have black communities among them and you will see that there is a vast difference in crime rate, including rape, between whites and blacks in the same country as percentage of their population. So the cause must be genetic and has nothing to do with the country or animals because animals don't rape.
In the animal kingdom when the female is unwilling there's nothing the male can do about it except beg, and rape is non existent. So your assumptions are wrong. The obvious cause of black behaviour is genetic and cultural.
