In what country did this actually happen? If it is the UK, there are probably laws that you could prosecute him under. You were only 17 when you first had sex with him. How old were you when he made the tape? How old was he? If he is over age, he could be prosecuted for having sex with an underage girl if you can convince them that after the first time, he was blackmailing you.
