If there is an increase in the number of AIDS cases, then it is up to all the health care doctors to test everyone and have a data base of aids patients, so that it is not spreaded through sexual contact with others. there should also be condoms and sex education going on in the schools and hospitals there.making everyone aware of unprotected sex, and having sex with multiple sex partners is dangerous do to the spreading of aids. teen should be having sex educations in the schools and doctors offices there. and there should be condoms for boys and men. and it should be giving out free at health clinics there.
