Property in the Seychelles: Garden of Eden where newcomers are welcome

I bought property in Seychelles and then when it was to be sold was deprived of our rights, payment for the property and the property this after I withdrew the sale. The lawyer Bernard Georges one the longest practicing did this to us
and it is now 10 years later. The property is now for sale again even though we have not been paid but a small sum of what is owed. Crimes like this are common no one is answerable for fraud crimes. Some lawyers place themselves above the law. So invest at your risk less you also have your investment stolen legally by a lawyer like we did. Ours was ocean front property
that was fraudulently sold even after we cancelled the sale.

He is known for this type of fraud. Did it to local property owners for whom he was the defense lawyer in the 1980's.

It is a beautifull place but even some lawyers like Bernard know that they can lie, cheat, steal and defraud with no consequences. But that is only partially true, there are people who will go and recover your money. They are as ruthless as the people like Bernard, but they deal in life and death and pain if you don't pay. There is allways a way to get even ----------

Dhruv, you can contact me using details on the Eden Island website for sales agents. However, I can give you a perspective on Eden Island as a buyer, as both I and the family of the other director in the business have acquired properties. We have also placed properties with a number of clients.
In relation to fraud, it can arise in any market and one would expect that the chances are higher in a less developed market. However, given the scale of the development it is less likely here.
