Yes, thats it. I remember watching a Serbian documentary years ago on the Kings army marching and trying to shelter in Albania, only to have savage primitive Siptar clans and bandits attack them along the way.

Please look at the distribution map provided on the link and you will see that the highest amount of J2 frequency shaded by dark green falls along the south Caspian Sea. Everyone on topix has seen that old map of Caucasian Albania, which interestingly enough was situated along the southwest tip of the Caspian.

I agree we need to look at all angels social, linguistic, cultural and genetic.

It only helps that 1/4 of Albanians DNA is from the Caucus.

But there are so many similarities between Albanians and Armenians and Azeri people it's not funny.
