U.N. condemns "terrorist" act by rebels in Congo
The United Nations, European Union and United States on Thursday condemned a Rwandan rebel attack on a refugee camp in east Congo as a "terrorist act" and said those responsible must be brought to justice.

UN and EC should wark hard and convice Rwandan government to accept dialogue as rebels requested. that os the only solution for great lakes countries unless that no peace in gtrae lakes countries.
