Quite correct. As she has no talent (she can neither sing nor act) and is rather homely (probably why she pals around with poofters to begin with) her alleged talent is all hype anyway. Who really needs her ilk around in St Petersburg?

She should be sent to Ukrainka or Serbia instead to entertain the pig farmers, pecker collectors and rest of the peasants there. Those skillful polak plumbers and funny caps are also looking to be entertained Kabbalah style.
