I have read the several comments. It appears most have no personal knowledge of the witnesses. I know quite a few and know them to be honorable people, hard workers and honest. I guess there are some that do not measure up but I know some who have been dismissed by them for bad practices. I have worked with them and they were usually very courteous and cooperative. As to their right to call on people in gated communities who don't want them to call, why not put up a NO TRESPASSING SIGN and keep anyone from knocking on your door. If you stop a person at the gate you are taking away the rights of others in gated communities from having visitors if they want them. I have found most people in gated communities are there for protection from criminals and JW's are not a threat. Don't judge people by what you hear. If you want to know about anyone get your info from a reliable source.

Whoever doesn't want to open up the door to them. Fine. That is your right. Then don't.

They will simply move to another door after a couple of polite knocks.

Seeing JW's in a area is a sign of stablity.

If you were in sales you could not even get access to these folks at their Job the guard at the front desk. Their admin asst would all stop you

Now you invade their privacy we are talking poor jw for the most part not jw who are executives etc

What this does is create a pr nightmare

I paid 2 million for privacy and this guy who works as a bell hop can walk up toy front door

Wt is always setting up jw to get the backlash

While they chill out in Patterson. Where noone can enter uninvited. Lol

It was not a 2 million dollar community.

Although it was a better than many others.

PR has a high crime problem.

Many communities are gated that were originally not set up to be that way.

JW's had a right to preach there.

To plant a seed, they have to show up.

The courts saw that their rights weree being violated under our constitution.

They seem to be doing just a fine job.

Comaparisons are made because it is not customary in OUR society just to come to one's home.

Except telmarketers or JW's.

(Americans are genarally also uptight about that sort of thing)
