One thing that was stupid for the Puerto Ricans is the sales tax they were bought and sold for. Give me a break, 7% sales tax on a society that has a lower wage than any state of the USA, but has one of the highest sales tax in the union!?

They, like low class blacks, think that education is a 'white' thing and avoid it at all costs.
