As for our new Justice -- Nobody except a member of a protected class would get away with making a clearly racist comment, and that's the way it is now in America.

Sure, she worked hard and is qualified, but she's not unbiased in any way. So, you may cheer her 'example' but what this says is that if you're a minority, or better yet a minority female, you can just say anything you want about white males.
