They are stupid, with no focus of what they want! Puerto Rico does suck, no wonder there is more Puerto Rican living in the mainland of the United States than Puerto Rico!!!!!! Wake up Puerto Ricans! The smart Puerto Ricans left Puerto Rico years ago, that is why they call it the ''brain drain''!
