Many of the so called low class people that live in a house, is a home paid off because the built brick by brick until is done...so they dont even have a mortgage while you probably have a mortgage that you cant even pay.

Maybe it's true that DR is in better shape than PR, that would explain why Dominicans keep drowning on a weekly basis trying to reach PR on feeble boats, while Puerto Rican's go to RD on moderns jets to stay on their best resorts.
