No Gustavo is a Mexican man. He writes for a newspaper out here in Orange County. I've read his columns before. Sometimes he's funny but some people don't like him because he uses stereotypes a lot. Just like Jerry Seinfeld or Chris Rock makes Jewish or black jokes. He's kind of controversial.
