Judged I will give you a few good reasons why they are true Americans first and foremost they were here first there territory were the southern most section of Florida and all the Caribbean for thousand of years. And because you African Americans hardly ever read a book of any type. Will let me move on you have the idea secondly they were the first people that European encounter and if you didn’t now the name given to the new continent was the Americas for the king and queen of Spain so in all true if you aren’t a native or Spanish you really aren’t American in any event lets move on in 1897 there was a Spanish American war. The Spanish handed the terrortys of the Philippines Puerto Rico and Cuba to the USA for war debts the USA turned around and gave Cuba and the Philippine there freedom but chose to keep Puerto Rico at that time there assessment when they travel through the island of Puerto Rico was that upwards of 80 percent of the population was of mixed and European ancestry further more American politicians felt that they would be a good addition and rightly so as proven in the wars of world war one and two Korean Vietnam and desert storm one and two we errand are citizenship WITH BLOOD NO MASTER HAD TO BRING THE WIPE . I wont blame you for you lack of knowledge because again you African American pearly can read write and you defitlny cant speak English I will agree that there is a small percentage a Puerto Ricans that have lost there identity but so have many other groups I living and working among African American blacks wound never emulate any. In closing you mention another group of Spanish people I wont speak for them only to say they have always been here I would suggest that if you cant live among us get on a plane and go back to Africa but when you get there they wont want you either.

TO the so call (BLACK AMERICAN PRINCE) really your name should be Negro wanna be black prince boy boy we no you ASS Bubba I my self am a proud mix Puerto Rican I have lived and worked and even manage blacks and I must say that the majority are rift raft now let me educate you about who is and who is not American because you and the majority of your people cant hardly read write or speak English lets start because you didn’t no, here are the facts we meaning the Spanish discovered and concord the new world including the West Indies. Americo Debouche the conquistador under the orders of the crown of Spain named the super continents South America Central America and north America lets jump a little further after settling the West Indies we then settled the rest of the Americas in north America we started in Florida the first city St. Augustine all the way to the west San Francesco and reaching Canada mind you at that time we were not called Puerto Ricans we were simply called Spanish citizens the greatest empire were the sun never set. Furthermore I would never emulate any black person but I do respect many starting with are current president and do you remember Bill Cosby who is not afraid to give a true assessment of his own people and how bad African Americans Have Fallen what is there to copy what black on black crime the poorest SAT SCORES what that African American occupy 86 percent of jails I would challenge anyone to spend a day at a municipal court African American commit every manner of crimes shame. Another fact when we say American it is a ideology a state of being a concept ask any professor and he will explain it to you I do not have the time. You are using the racist white ideology that they use on you guy (African Americans) your only consider American when they choose if not your African American if that. And you should never compare your self with Europeans we will never consider you in any part to be euro know here is some extra information that had you bothered to research would have saved you from looking like a Baboon oops I mean Bafoon enjoy. The relationship between Puerto Rico and the United States has its origins dating back to the Spanish-American War, in which Spain, under the terms of the Treaty of Paris of 1898, ceded the island to the United States. Puerto Ricans became U.S. citizens in 1917, and the United States Congress legislates many aspects of Puerto Rican life.[11] However, the islanders may not vote in U.S. presidential elections.[12][13] Since 1947, Puerto Ricans have been able to elect their own governor. Its official languages are Spanish and English, with Spanish being the primary language. The island's current political status, including the possibility of statehood or independence, is widely debated in Puerto Rico. The United States acquired the islands of Puerto Rico in 1898 after the Spanish-American War. In 1950, Congress enacted legislation (P.L. 81-600) authorizing Puerto Rico to hold a constitutional convention and in 1952, the people of Puerto Rico ratified a constitution establishing a republican form of government for the island. After being approved by Congress and the President in July 1952 and thus given force under federal law (P.L. 82-447), the new constitution went into effect on July 25, 1952.
Puerto Rico has been under U.S. sovereignty for over a century and Puerto Ricans have been U.S. citizens since 1917.[2][3][4] Since the promulgation of the current Commonwealth constitution in 1952, further local attempts to change the island's political status took place in 1967, 1993, and 1998. An additional referendum held in 1991 sought to amend the relationship through an amendment to the Puerto Rican constitution. Each time, the results favored retaining the current status over the possible independence of Puerto Rico and statehood alternatives. |

What exactly are you talking about you moron, first of all honestly yeah puerto ricans can get annoying but did it ever occur to you that we are kinda awesome people, not only did we let "your" contry use us for anything. We dont have statehood and dont wont come for a few years becasue of stupid people fucking up our country's name, and top be honest you are the only one who doesnt want us, because I lived all my life in the island and I came to the states for college and not only am i in the dean's list, im an active member of plenty of clubs on campus, I speak english fluently and i was welcomed here with open arms by everyone, and yes my friends they had the oppurtunitiy to not speak to me if they hate puerto ricans, honestly they are all fascinated by the fact I lived in an island. so stick your stupid comment up your ass and get on with your life.
