If neighboring countries so much as move their forces around, Russia sees it as a threat, or actually an OPPORTUNITY to start blustering about war games against these countries. Everything you accuse Poland of, Russia is guilty of. It is Russia that LOVES bragging to the world about all its war games so that it can get attention and feel "powerful" again. Its like some type of twisted Kremlin adrenaline rush.

BUT IT ALSO SAID Russian "peacekeepers" FOR TWO YEARS looked the other way when anti-Georgian atrocities occured as if to bait Georgia into taking military action. It also said that the idea of Russia running around giving non-Georgians "Russian citizenship" was a provocation against Georgia.
Evidently those Russian "peacekeepers" weren't keeping the peace for Georgians. Don't expect your conspiracy websites to talk about that.
