Not to mention the big help Polish airmen contributed to the battle of Britain. Also not to mention the help Polish Americans like Colonel Grabrewski who was the NUMBER ONE American Fighter Ace in WWII contributed. |

come on now abeko,
polak no 1 fighter, didnīt you just misread it ? |
No Pesky I didn't misread it. This is from the 7th paragraph of the story. I have always known this growing up as well as many other Poles. Its too bad its difficult for you to believe in anything good coming from Poles since your brain is filled with Nazi Anti-Polish racism and hatred. 7th Paragraph. In February 1943, he joined the 56th Fighter Group, flying P-47 Thunderbolts. After being promoted to major and given the command of the 61st Fighter Squadron, Gabreski had to wait until August to score his first victory. From that day on, victories came frequently, often in twos and threes, until he finally led all AAF pilots in the theater. In July 1944, he scored his 28th victory, making him America's leading air ace The last sentence says about Grabreski MAKING HIM AMERICA's LEADING AIR ACE |

Another thing Polish-hater. Did you know that one of the first US Military Bases and Military Schools named WEST POINT was founded and engineered by Polish American General Kosciuszko? Just because you Slowvaks haven't done anything doesn't mean you have to bash the Poles to make yourself feel better about not accomplishing anything. |

once again abeko, you assume things as usual !
would you believe, when i tried to open your story...it didnīt open ? must be that explorer..refused to believe it too |
Well, he is a brand name SLO-VAC - no bag, no balls - SLOwly sucking up dust and depositing it on the brain where his thoughts get thoroughly clouded. |
My father had the pleasure of meeting Colonel Francis Gabreski (originally Gabryszewski) after liberation, as Gabreski was a POW following his being shot down. |

It takes one to know one. |
