well if you sell halusky from the side line and split the profits 55/45 with the agency, they probably waive the finder fee for your new employer and negotiate an upper percentile wage deal on your behalf.
For skilled worker and PR the fee is $5000 broken into retainer, wp and approval for PR. It's pretty standard but I know that some places charge up to triple that.
If you come as an unskilled worker for a temp term (2 years max and then you go home for 4 months) then the employer has to pay all of the costs. That's the law. Some people might think its a lot for permanent residency. People always have the option of doing the work themselves. I spend a lot of time on my clients from doing their resume, helping get accreditation, collecting birth, death, marriage certificates, police records, arranging medicals, negotiating salaries to finding housing, their spouses jobs, arranging transportation, etc. And that is on top of the time spent on the paperwork. I have spent 10 hours on one clients SINP papers alone. Keep in mind that people who are legitimate Immigration Consultants spend a lot of money to belong to CSIC. |
so, you spent 10 hours with one client, therefore if you divide 5000 : 10 = 500 bucks/hour
who makes that kind of money in canada ? if you wsh to coop with me, iīll take care of police records, medicals, arrange transportation, marriage certificates, all translation for 250/hour, get in touch and please hurry, there are many polaks, slovaks waiting to go to canada |

HeeHee ... Pesk the Rake strikes again. The Agent said he spent 10 hours on the papers alone.
But it's interesting how people make a living. Wonder how agents decide to set up in the first place. Do they usually break loose from an established agency and go it themselves, or are they usually nationals of the supplier country trying to use that as leverage to make a buck in a niche market ...such as you Mr Pesky! I can see the documentation preparation and halusky sales combo business being your thing Pesky! |
i can see better future for you halftime !
you could be a pole thrower, dressed in scotish kilt, while on break youīre selling perogies, how about that ? how do you know i make a buck in a niche market ? |

...well you were offering to use your national background to collate all the documentation etc, so that's using your niche to enter a market. Nothing wrong with that. Maybe we can join up, you sell the halusky, I'll do the pierogi and we can both cut out the agent. Whaddya think?
sounds pretty good, except who the hell is gonna buy halusky or pierogies, maybe some homeless in regina ?
do you think that any contact, could be provided from riri ? |

you're badly mistaken Pesky, there a desperate need for that kind of food in Regina. the thing about halusky and pierogi is that they need to be made fresh. you can't just have them sat on a warm shelf for hours and hours like you can with fries. no, what we need is a machine that can crank out fresh halusky and pierogi at all the big outdoor events. we'd sell plenty don;t worry about that. then in time we can open up a halusky and pierogi retail outlet in Regina Main Street. we'll be famouts Pesk you wait and see!
what a vivacity, a business oriented mind you have ht, you surprised me,
may i suggest, since weīre partners already, notice no fooling around on my part, PeskTime Ltd. name ? now, where do we get that machine thatīll do all those halusky ? as for an employee, how about that abe, do you think he could manage to belch out many perioges ? since, heīs a half pole, might work out ? |

I'm sure Abe'll be up for it, we just need to work on the design of the machine. How about HuskyTime, we can make stuffed halusky just like pierogi but give them a new shape and call them "huski" or "huskies" to fit in with the Canadian market. Tell yeah, we're onto a winner partner!
it looks like peskytime ltd. didnīt fly over,
do you think that riri outfit is peeking ? can you trust abe, is he capable to operate, service that noodle machine, because i am working on it already ? |

Well what about Pesky Huskies? That has a ring to it. Abe's a top man, we'll put him in charge of the PR Dept. I think he would do well!
pr = abe ?
usually, there should be someone who behaves becomingly, is he capable ? |

... we need to smoothen out a few rough edges for sure, but look at a diamond before it becomes valuable ..... look at a halusky before it is cooked!
