Come on guys... every nation goes through good times and bad times. Every nation learns from past mistakes and moves forward to enhance growth. Today, Malaysia/ Singapore/Thailand are not doing that bad... but the fastest growing economies in recent years have been VIP - Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines. If it was not for the huge population, progress would have been much faster... so let's see and 20 years, if Malaysians find work in McDonalds India, or Indonesians become the biggest biofuel producers or etc etc

Well lets see in 2010 Malaysia's GDP grew by 7% and 2011 almost 6% and this year's quarter has exceeded 6% i dont think any Malaysians are going to work in McDonalds anytime soon..you will never get past the bad times if you don't see the problem, and over-population is so overwhelming your economic growth is undermined by it, Malaysia with population less than 30 mil, bigger land is still growing stronger than ever!

All this talking about Malaysians will have better life in the future is all propaganda by the elected officials who are aiming to be elected in the coming elections. Politicians will field news favorable to them whereas in reality the people specially in Sabah and Sarawak remained poor for the last 50 years since Malaysia was formed into a federation. The $50 billion that is generated every year in Sabah, only 5 % stays in Sabah and the remaining 95% goes to Peninsular Malaysia to support Peninsular Malaysians and politicians. It is time for Sabah and Sarawak to be independent and find their destiny in their part of the world.

Time to ponder?
Malay people came from the Malay archipelago such as Malaya, Indonesian islands, Borneo, Philippine islands and lately I found out that Taiwan was once part of the Malay archipelago. China brought to Taiwan Chinese immigrants and overwhelmed the Malay population. The Malays must have been executed by the commies and no longer live in Taiwan. The Malays should be proud of their race. The brown race.

Malaysia illegally occupied Sabah when Malaysia was formed into a federation. Sabah should have been turned over to the Sultan of Sulu and Sabah when the British gave them independence. Malaysia still paying rent of 75000 pesos as rental money to the heirs of the Sultan of Sulu and Sabah up to the present.

Malaysia is better off than the Philippines economically and militarily. for simple reasons. Philippines is more corrupt than Malaysia plus Malaysian former prime minister Mahathir, build the foundation for semi industrialization and infrastructures a copy of Singapore's former Lee Kwan Yew. also Malaysia are more behaved and disciplined. they did not ransacked and destroyed their rain forests like the Filipinos do, no dynamite fishing or cyanide fishing. there are few if not any terrorists who are operating in Malaysia. Why? because they have a healthy economy and take care of business. In Philippines some say the existence of insurgencies are job security for the military and police. and this is the worst kind as we know the insurgency already cost hundreds of thousands of lives for both civilians, military and the rebels. Being the only christian country in ASEAN which we are proud off, and yet it does not look like they behave like civilized, with all the killings, corruptions, environmental degradation, illegal logging, etc. Philippines even outpaced Indonesia in corruption, it is the most corrupt country in ASEAN, hopefully PHL president Aquino is going to change all this if the people support it and will be maintained because when the president leaves office, his platforms and accomplishments can be derailed by the next administration again back to square one. we will have to see. But yes Philippines is still the sick man of ASEAN and or the problem child of ASEAN.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Capricorn

You feel like overindulging yourself in some way today, and why not? Throw caution to the wind and eat your way through a big bar of chocolate, or have a retail therapy session that leaves you reeling from the amount of money you've spent. There's a definite chance you could get carried away and tell a whopper of a story that has little resemblance to what really happened. What on earth has got into you?
