The problem of Pinoys is that everybody is scrambling to get a green card, not because they sincerely want to be a nurse, work as a nurse and remain a nurse. Once these second coursers with dollar signs in their eyes land in the USA, you can bet they will buy out their contracts and work at something else. So this development is the very own fault of the Pinoys.

I had plenty of experience with Filipino nurses in the UK, and never found them lazy. Plus their bedside manner is excellemt - that extra TLC goes a long way.
